At FormWare Tech, we follow privacy by design as a matter of principle. We do not collect personal information unless it is absolutely necessary for us to provide you the promised service. We are FormWare Tech OÜ., the company making various tools, products, videos, articles and other resources presented on this website. We collect your email address when you opt in to receive any of our newsletters, release notes, product, or marketing communication by filling our subscription forms. Your information then becomes part of our email lists to which appropriate emails will be sent from us periodically. We use this information to understand how you are interacting with the content we send over emails.

We also collect your email address, name and other contact information when you fill our contact forms, support forms or when you correspond with us for getting your questions answered about our services. We use this information for efficiently carrying out the correspondence with you.

We use this information to understand, reproduce, and fix any issues in our services.

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics to understand how you use our services. We anonymize data to the maximum extent made possible by Google Analytics and retain the data only for the minimum amount of time allowed by Google Analytics. You can also opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on.

We use Facebook live chat on our websites to provide real time support to all our customers who need it. If you decide to use this feature, we may be able to see your Facebook profile information and other information made available by Facebook. Even though we use this information only for providing support, we may occasionally collate any non personal data made available to us to form aggregated statistics to help us improve our services and documentation. We use Cloudflare CDN service to protect our websites from malicious attacks as well as deliver our content to you faster. Cloudflare also makes available to us various aggregated statistics regarding website access by our users. We use Youtube to host relevant videos and embed them into our services. Youtube collects various data related to video viewing and makes available aggregated statistics to us. You can read more about the data policies of Youtube at https://policies.google.com/privacy.


How do we secure your data?
While no data exchange over internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, we are as paranoid as you are about securing your data and therefore take all measures commercially reasonable, to secure the data that you trust us with.

Our services run on cloud infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services. All the logs accumulated at our servers are promptly purged after 60 days or after they are no longer required for analysis, whichever happens earlier.

Emails and related services used for processing and exchanging information with you is provided by Google Apps for Work.

All the computers belonging to our team members, on which we may process your data, run updated operating system and software and require appropriate security measures like strong password, offline storage for backup etc.


Who can access your data?
Only authorized staff on our team have access to your data. They access your data only when it is absolutely required to provide the service, to provide you support, or to respond to critical security issues. We also have a very lean team thereby limiting the count of people who provide support.


Do we share your data with others?
We do not sell or share your data. We do not share your data with any 3rd party unless it is required by law or you give your consent to do so.


What happens in case of a business transfer?
In the future event of an acquisition, or in the unlikely event that we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. Any acquirer may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.


What are your rights regarding your data?
You can choose to opt out of our essential email communication like product updates or release notes. If you choose to do so, you may not receive critical communication about our services from us.


You can choose to opt out of our marketing communication or newsletters and you can rest assured that your ability to use any of our services will not be impaired.

You can choose to not provide us your payment information. If you choose this your usage of services may be impaired as we will not be able to bill you without your payment information.
